Refund Policy: If a cancellation is made one week prior to the start of camp (June 29, 2026), the cost of the program minus a non-refundable deposit of $50 will be refunded. If a cancellation is made less than a week before the program start date a credit will be issued, less the registration fee. Credits expire one year after the date of issue.

Photo Video Release

I hereby give consent to allow the student listed on this form to be photographed and/or video or audio taped during BTW activities, and I agree that the images obtained may be used for educational and promotional purposes and for public relations purposes by Broadway Theater Workshops and its subsidiaries.

I hereby agree to release Broadway Theater Workshops and hold Broadway Theater Workshops, harmless of all liability, and hereby acknowledge that I knowingly and voluntarily assume full responsibility for all risks of physical injury arising out of active participation in dance and performing on behalf of the participant.
