Playbill Ads Form Playbill Ads Payment

Support your BTW star or local business by placing an ad in the production playbill! For each of our productions, we invite families and businesses to submit ads in support of the cast. Ads come in various sizes and prices; there's something for everyone! When placing an ad in the playbill you will need to fill out the Playbill Ads Form AND the Playbill Ads Payment to complete your payment. Unsure about how to create and submit an ad of your own? Feel free to use the option to pay for a custom ad design created by our team for an additional $50. Please see the various sizes and pricing structures below and note the acceptable file forms when submitting your ad.

BTW also offers two sponsorship tiers for businesses. A production sponsorship includes a full page color business ad on the back cover, business logo on the Booktix event page and printed tickets, and a social media sponsorship acknowledgement. A social sponsorship includes a full page black and white business ad and social media sponsorship acknowledgement. Sponsorships can be paid for on the Playbill Ads Payment page.
