Program Manager, BTW

Lauren Menzies is an educator in Bergen County, New Jersey with over two decades of experience teaching students ranging from third through eighth grade. She currently teaches middle school special education. Lauren’s experience in the arts world began as Prep Instructor with Stage Right in Ridgewood where she worked with Katie Dietz Barra. Together they worked on several productions including Once on this Island, Legally Blonde, and Frozen Jr. Lauren has also served as a judge for the Annual Governor’s Awards for the Speech and Theatre Association of New Jersey for the last several years.

Whether this is their first time stepping on stage or their twentieth, Lauren believes theater skills can benefit any child. It is her goal to provide a safe and nurturing environment for children to grow as performers but most importantly as individuals.
