The camp that started it all! For students in grades 5-12, this two-week camp offers workshops in acting, singing, dancing, speech and diction, improvisation, auditioning and more. No auditions are necessary to attend this camp and all experience levels are welcome! The program concludes with our famous "Musical Revue" performance for family and friends on the Inserra Theater main stage on the second Thursday evening.


July 6-17, 2026, 9am-4pm
Grades 5-12

Put on a full production in two weeks! This summer’s production will be Big Fish. For students in grades 7-12, this two-week intensive production experience teaches all elements of performing in a musical with blocking, acting instruction, teaching of songs and dance - all leading to 4 full scale performances (roles will be double cast). Auditions will be held on July 20 in the evening and virtual submissions will be accepted for those unable to attend. Actors are expected to come to the first rehearsal off-book. Note: Auditions are to determine cast assignments; ALL REGISTERED STUDENTS WILL BE INTEGRATED INTO THE PRODUCTION. While the rehearsals are Monday - Friday from 4-9pm, this year we will have an added rehearsal on Saturday, August 1st from 12-5pm. Performances will be held on August 7, 8 and 9.

Grades 7-12

For students in grades 2-5, this weeklong camp provides a comprehensive introduction to the key theatrical disciplines in a nurturing and low-stakes environment. Students will participate in all the activities described in the Senior Theater Camp program with students their own age. This one week program ends with a final day demonstration in the afternoon for friends and family.

Grades 2-5

Intended for our students who are wanting to hone their acting skills as well as those who prefer acting to musical theater. Actor's Technique Week is a one week acting intensive camp for students in grades 6-12. Students will be challenged and introduced to new acting methods, improvisation, monologue and scene study, voice and speech work and working with classical text. This camp is appropriate for all experience levels.

Looking to explore the technical components of live theater? Join us for a two-week camp focused on what goes on behind the curtain! Students enrolled in Crew Camp will learn the fundamentals of scenic, prop, and lighting design, as well as stage management, all while gaining hands-on experience during our summer production of Big Fish. Crew Camp students will be integrated into our Performance Theater Camp community and will undoubtedly strengthen our production with their skills and talent as they work alongside our professional design team. No prior experience needed. Participants will learn about each discipline of technical theater with the option to focus on a specific track of their choosing.

Grades 7-12

This dance camp is a fun filled week long experience that features different themes, multiple dance genres, and acting exercises or games. Campers will also prepare and perform a dance showcase!

An extension of our younger class, students in this dance camp will continue to explore multiple dance genres, engage in various acting exercises, and dive into a variety of themes under the dance universe. Campers will also prepare and perform a dance showcase!

This dance camp is a great way to be exposed to multiple genres of dance while also incorporating some early musical theatre fundamentals. Campers will develop technique, experience different acting exercises, and perform in a dance showcase!
