Cathryn has taught voice lessons for over 20 years and owns her own voice studio, where she specializes in the technical application and physiology of the voice. In addition to vocal performance, Cathryn is a certified Speech-Language Pathologist (CCC-SLP) who earned her Master of Arts in Communication Sciences and is PROMPT trained. She currently works as a school-based SLP and specializes in voice. By blending her clinical knowledge of vocal mechanisms with her professional vocal and theatrical training, she brings a unique, physiology-based perspective to voice instruction—merging artistry with evidence-based vocal science.
